Oxxy is providing this service by finding the available Govt approved pathlabs/ health centers which can perform the medical tests and do collection of samples from home.

Of course you can. The tests are openly available in the pathlabs/ health centers and you may avail the services directly also without involving Oxxy. Oxxy tries to help you by saving the search time.

The customer is charged a small convenience fee for Oxxy's effort to look for the Govt approved health centers which can collect the samples. A lot of labs are either not qualified or have too much rush. Oxxy saves the search time for the customer.

The test charges including the pick up charges have to be paid directly to the person who will collect samples, at the time of sample collection

The Sample Collection and Tests are done directly by the pathlab/health centers. Although Oxxy will try its best, there could be substantial delays in Sample Collection or Results depending upon the rush.

If the agent does not reach at the address given by the customer on the date customer requested, customer will get full refund of the convenience charges paid. If the agent reaches late but on the same day, then there is no refund. Agents may get late as they have to collect a lot of samples.
Customers will have to still pay full charges for the tests and home collection.

Even after a very sincere effort to give results quickly, the results may be substantially delayed depending on the rush. All the Samples are being collected directly by the labs and they give the results after performing the tests.

The labs provided are Govt approved. Oxxy has no role in the quality of tests. However if you inform us about the test results being not up to the mark, we will investigate the same.

Rates are charged directly by the lab and Oxxy does not interfere in the process.
